Refunds

Seven days, my word on it. If the book is not what you hoped, you get your money back, and you keep the file.

How to ask

1. Find the purchase email from Hotmart.
2. Click the refund link in it, or reply to that email asking for a refund. You do not have to give a reason.
3. Hotmart returns the money to the same card or account within a few business days.

The window

Seven days from the day you bought. After that, write to me anyway; I would rather talk than have you feel taken.

If you can't find the email

Write to me with the email you bought with and I will sort it out.
